Hogan Lovells advises Novartis on the sale of Advanced Accelerator Applications Molecular Imaging to Siemens Healthineers

Advanced Accelerator Applications Molecular Imaging is a European manufacturing and distribution network of diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals for positron emission tomography (PET) scans. The transaction includes the manufacturing and distribution network, its workforce, its product portfolio and relationships with radioligand imaging developers.
