Hogan Lovells advises Open Fiber on its capital structure redefinition and on the rebalancing of the white area agreements

Milan, 7 April 2025 - Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Open Fiber on the activities for the redefinition of its capital structure and the rebalancing of the agreements for the so-called white areas of the 1-Giga Italy Plan.

Open Fiber is an Italian infrastructure company active in the construction, management, maintenance and wholesale supply of the ultra-broadband fibre-optic network with FTTH technology.

Hogan Lovells assisted Open Fiber on the corporate aspects and on the negotiation and definition of the agreements with the financing institutions, and on the negotiation of agreements with indirect shareholders CDP Equity S.p.A. and Fibre Network Holdings S.à r.l. for the provision of additional equity resources to support the company's business plan together with debt resources from the lending institutions.
