Hogan Lovells advises Sojitz Corporation on its acquisition of Silaba Motors S.A.

Tokyo, 27 February 2024 - Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised its long standing client, Sojitz Corporation (Sojitz), on its acquisition of Silaba Motors S.A. (Silaba Motors).

The transaction marks Sojitz’s entry into the strategically important Central and South American market and the company is expected to pursue synergy with other automotive-related businesses in the region while further strengthening and expanding the automotive value chain.
