The LCLD Fellowship and Pathfinder programs are designed to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. 2025 LCLD Fellow, Michelle Roberts Gonzales, a partner in the Los Angeles office, is an experienced litigator, counselor, and internal investigator for clients facing employment issues ranging from thorny whistleblower claims to post merger integration issues.

She has defended numerous companies in wage-and-hour class actions and high-stakes individual employment lawsuits.
