Siew Kam Boon joined Hogan Lovells in January this year as Head of Private Equity in APAC and will also continue in that role. Siew Kam has been listed in Best Lawyers in Singapore for corporate law since 2020 and has significant experience in M&A, private equity, secondaries, emerging growth, and venture capital across sectors including technology, healthcare/life sciences, media, FMCG and energy. She has been involved in some of the largest and highest profile transactions in Asia.
Bis Chatterjee will take over the role of Office Managing Partner for the firm’s Dubai office from Rahail Ali, who will return to his practice full time. Bis has been with the firm since July 2021 and is both U.S. and India qualified, with a focus on capital markets, M&A and private equity transactions. He became Singapore Office Managing Partner in July 2023 and has advised on some of the largest equity offerings in India and Southeast Asia in recent years. Bis will lead and grow the India desk from Dubai and work closely with the firm’s EMEA regional leadership to enhance Hogan Lovells’ profile in the Middle East.
