Hogan Lovells advises Lennox on sale of European commercial HVAC and refrigeration businesses

Headquartered in Dallas, TX, Lennox is a leader in energy-efficient climate-control solutions. Following the sale of its European business, the company will continue to focus on the North American market, which will enable Lennox to achieve growth acceleration and margin resiliency.

The closing of the transaction is subject to obtaining required consents, works councils consultations, and customary closing conditions. The transaction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023.
