Hogan Lovells advises Naxicap and the Panoptec Group on the acquisition of VuWall Technology Europe GmbH and VuWall Technology Inc.

Founded in 2009, VuWall has established itself as a global leader in video wall control and visualization solutions. Through its strategic alignment under Naxicap, the company aims to unlock synergies by integrating VuWall's expertise in software development with the renowned hardware capabilities of Guntermann & Drunck and Tritec Electronic.

The French private equity firm Naxicap Partners specializes in mid-market leveraged buy-outs and growth capital, focusing on supporting the growth of companies with sustainable products across all sectors. Naxicap Partners initially acquired Guntermann & Drunck (supported by a team lead by Dr. Christoph Naumann), which in turn acquired Tritec Electronic in 2022. 

Hogan Lovells advised Naxicap Partners and the Panoptec group with a cross-border and cross-practice team on all legal aspects and tax aspects of the acquisition.
