London, Milan, Rome, 4 November 2024 - Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce the addition of two distinguished partners, Francesco De Gennaro and Alessandro Lanzi, to its Italian Corporate & Finance practice. Francesco and Alessandro bring a wealth of experience in restructuring, distressed investments, and dispute resolution, further strengthening the firm’s presence in Italy and enhancing its ability to serve clients across key global markets.
- Francesco De Gennaro focuses on restructuring and special opportunities investments, advising companies, lenders, and investors on cross-border financial and corporate restructurings. His extensive client portfolio includes prominent entities in sectors such as transportation, manufacturing, and real estate. Francesco has advised on landmark restructuring projects, including those within complex distressed asset portfolios and high-value acquisitions of significant loan portfolios.
- Alessandro Lanzi specializes in dispute resolution, particularly within bankruptcy and restructuring-related proceedings. He represents major financial institutions and has advised on high-stakes cases, including disputes in the sports industry regarding media rights, as well as complex cross-border litigations across finance, real estate, and media sectors.
