Hogan Lovells top ranked for second year in a row for equity transactions in India and APAC

Global law firm Hogan Lovells has been ranked No. 1 for equity-related transactions in India by Bloomberg and in Asia by the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG).

This is the second year in a row that Hogan Lovells has been ranked top for transaction volume in both of these league tables. 

  • No.1 for India Equity Offerings: Legal Adviser – Manager ranked by deal count in 2024 – Bloomberg
  • No.1 by volume for Asia Equity and Equity-related (Manager) in 2024 – LSEG
