Ben Peachey focuses his practice on advising Hogan Lovells and its professionals on a broad spectrum of legal questions that arise in the course of the firm’s business. Having joined Hogan Lovells out of law school, Ben leverages his experience and knowledge to guide the firm on risk management, professional responsibility, legal ethics, and other compliance-related issues.

Prior to joining the General Counsel’s Office, Ben worked as an associate in the firm’s Investigations, White Collar, and Fraud practice. In that role, he counseled clients across various industries in connection with civil, criminal, and administrative investigations and proceedings involving the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other federal and state enforcement bodies.

Ben was a Presidential Merit Scholar at The George Washington University Law School, where he was a member of The George Washington University Law Review and the GW Law Moot Court Board.
