Associate Litigation, Arbitration, and Employment
Laura is a utility player for all things employment. She counsels clients through complex state and federal employment law issues, conducts internal investigations, and defends clients against litigation ranging from wage and hour class actions to executive compensation disputes and retaliation claims. Laura regularly advises clients on labor and employment aspects of cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She works across practice groups to assess specialized privacy and cyber-related issues impacting businesses.
Laura was selected as a Fellow with the National Employment Law Council in 2023. Laura has also been actively involved in pro bono matters emphasizing children’s rights issues and has aided numerous clients through the adoption process. Before joining Hogan Lovells as an associate, Laura was a member of the firm’s summer associate program and 1L LCDC scholar. In law school, Laura honed her advocacy and analytical skills as a research assistant and student attorney with the International Human Rights Clinic.
