Hogan Lovells 2024 Election Impact and Congressional Outlook Report
The Digital Services Act (DSA) is moving ahead at high speed, with final political agreement having been hammered out at high pressure from the French Presidency of the Council on 22 April, 2022. The Act will enter into enforcement at the end of 2023. This date may seem far in the future, however now is the time to evaluate current workflows, perform impact assessments and gap analyses, and plan all steps for future compliance.
