Rachel guides her clients through a broad range of matters, including large-scale government and internal investigations, complex civil litigation, criminal defense, and appellate litigation.  Her experience includes securing federal injunctive relief over state court proceedings, defending a pharmaceutical company in multidistrict litigation in state and federal courts, briefing dispositive trial court motions, assisting trial advocates in securing an appellate record, and contributing to multiple U.S. Supreme Court merits cases.

Rachel dedicates much of her time to pro bono appellate, criminal defense, and immigration matters.  During law school, Rachel was the Executive Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review, President of the Criminal Law Association, a Competition Advocate on the Suffolk University Law School Trial Team, and a Marshall-Brennan Fellow, where she taught constitutional law and appellate advocacy skills to high school students.
