Nancy advises international and domestic clients on a wide range of transactions including public and private M&A, private equity, reorganisations and general corporate advisory.  

Nancy was seconded to an international oil major in 2021 and has a keen interest in the infrastructure, energy, power, renewables and natural resources sectors. Nancy is fluent in English, French and Portuguese.

Representative experience

Chevron on its country entry in Namibia, involving a combination of share and asset M&A transactions.

Chevron on its country exit from the Republic of Congo through the sale of Chevron Overseas (Congo) Limited holdings interests in the Nkossa, Nsoko II, Moho-Bilondo and Lianzi fields to Trident Energy

Chevron on its acquisition of an 80% operated working interest in Petroleum Exploration Licence 82 in Namibia through farm-ins from Maravilla Oil & Gas (Pty) Ltd and NAMCOR.

A Japanese multinational corporation on its sale of a portfolio of UK energy infrastructure assets.

Cardano Group on the sale of the entire group, a leading Anglo-Dutch long-term savings specialist with more than £50bn in assets under management, to Mercer (part of the Marsh McLennan group).

Electra Private Equity PLC on the demerger of Hostmore plc onto the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and its transition to AIM as Unbound Group plc.

An international oil major in relation to the ~$1bn divestment of its non-operated upstream assets in the UK central and northern North Sea.
