Nicolas Rontchevsky is an university professor and a lawyer at the Paris Bar. He specialises in commercial, corporate and industrial litigation, company law and governance, banking and financial law, contract law and civil liability. He also has extensive experience in internal and international commercial arbitration (institutional and ad hoc) and has developed specific practices (management of sensitive financial information, assessment of financial and accounting risks and communication on ongoing disputes).
