Jesus Sánchez is counsel in the Employment practice area of Hogan Lovells in Madrid.
He has extensive experience in the areas of employment law and social security: he has participated in employment and social security audits in various sectors and has coordinated international audits.
He also drafts and coordinates incentive plans, collective dismissals and temporary lay-offs, and provides advice on immigration and labour legislation, among other tasks.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Jesús was preparing to sit the competitive examination to become a labour inspector, and in 2013 he received the Walters Kluwer award for the ‘Application of new technologies in the field of law.
