Eric Sega advises clients facing “bet-the-company” situations in all facets of antitrust law. From government investigations into pricing practices to private lawsuits concerning market conduct, regulatory review of strategic mergers and acquisitions to internal compliance inquiries, Eric recognizes that antitrust law can touch—and disrupt— any aspect of a client’s business.
Eric uses his experience across a wide range of industries and actions to help his clients navigate this complicated area of law and get back to business. Not only is Eric seasoned at representing clients before federal and state regulators as well as private parties, but also Eric integrates efficiently and discreetly with a client’s in-house counsel and subject matter experts to take control of the day-to-day aspects of the case, avoiding unnecessary burden and undue strain on the client’s own resources.
Prior to joining the firm, Eric was an attorney with the antitrust group of another international law firm. He also is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and he and his family both support and participate in local institutions across their community.

Represented an electronics component manufacturer through a multiyear criminal antitrust investigation and follow-on class action litigation
Counseled a platform technology company through multiple regulatory reviews of strategic mergers and acquisitions
Represented a multinational financial services company through a multiyear antitrust class action as well as provided antitrust counseling on various business initiatives
Counseled an American product delivery systems and consumer packaging company through an internal inquiry related to antirust risk and exposure
