Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Fernanda clerked at the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice Nation. Having experience in the judiciary and as a party counsel has allowed her to have a comprehensive vision for resolving the disputes in which she participates.
Fernanda has represented a wide range of clients, multinational and domestic, in various legal disputes, including civil, commercial, and administrative litigation and domestic and international arbitration.
Fernanda's academic profile includes her participation as a member of her university's representative team in international commercial arbitration competitions, as well as her membership in her Law School's Academic Excellence Program.
In addition to her legal practice, Fernanda is passionate about legal education and dedicates time to sharing her experience and knowledge with the legal community through conferences and academic publications.
