Jason Sloan
Associate Corporate & Finance
Jason's experience working at a tech startup before law school and as a contact tracer for New York City prior to joining the firm informs his approach to clients in health care and technology fields, regardless of their size. As a law student, Jason was a Director of the University of Pennsylvania Law School's Health Law Pro Bono Project and an editor of the Journal of Law and Social Change, and both positions underscored the importance of recognizing the impact of the law on underrepresented communities.
Jason earned his Master's in Public Health while publishing multiple papers on the interface between law and health and hopes to continue his investigations into how adjusting these levers can improve access to opportunities for everyone.
