Christine Stöber focuses her practice in our Alicante office on all aspects of European trademark law. As a German-qualified associate, she advises her clients in German and English.
Christine has experience in all proceedings before the EUIPO, including opposition, invalidity, and revocation actions and appeals before the General Court in Luxembourg. Her recent work covers defending a variety of non-traditional marks, including shape, position, and abstract colour marks.
Christine acts for clients from various sectors, including consumer goods, health care, as well as fashion and luxury goods.
