Rachel Stuckey helps guide clients through complex internal and government investigations, and the risks associated with criminal and civil enforcement actions. 

Rachel is also a dedicated member of the firm’s Pro Bono practice, focusing on women and children's issues. She has successfully obtained civil protection orders for survivors of domestic violence and advocates for children's best interests as a guardian ad litem. 

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Rachel clerked for the Honorable Eldon E. Fallon of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. 

During law school, Rachel gained valuable experience in the Immigration Law Clinic and International Law Practice Lab. She also served on the Moot Court Board and as a Notes Editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review.
