Aditi is a member of the firms debt capital markets team, focusing on a wide range of matters including securitisation transactions and bond offerings, where she has experience advising both originators and large financial institutions in their roles as investors. Aditi has worked on a range of deals for clients based in the UK, USA and across Europe.
Representative experience
Advising the subordinated lender in relation to its investment in loan receivables, through entities established in Ireland, Cayman and/or Delaware and acting on subsequent portfolio sales
Acting for the senior lender in respect of the restructuring of a warehouse facility in respect of UK automotive receivables
Acting for the senior lender in respect of a securitisation of receivables which arise under Hire Purchase Agreements and Equipment Lease Agreements
Advising the purchaser, a large retail bank, in relation to the acquisition of a leading UK specialist residential mortgage lender
