Representative experience

Advised a European bank in the application of tax treaty benefits (exemption) in the MXN$8,900 m sale of 80% stake of its Mexican subsidiary.

Advised several of the most important country clubs in the State in succesful amparo claims against the 2022 tobacco control reform. 

Advised UN Foundation for the Global Compact in its recognition as Non-profit tax-exempt organization in Mexico before the mexican tax authorities

Advised a multinational power generation and operations company in the negotiations with local authorities for the determination and regularization of property tax owed for the last five years.
