Viktoria Riederer advises national and international clients on litigation, in particular in liability matters and product liability and safety issues. Her industry focus is on the life sciences industry, especially on pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
Viktoria supports her clients in the judicial and extrajudicial defense of complex product liability or other civil claims. She also advises on cross-border litigation and supports the management of lawsuits with multiple plaintiffs and mass proceedings. In order to provide her clients with the best possible legal advice, she also works with medical teams and external experts. She brings both a practical and legal as well as a scientific perspective to her work.
In addition, Viktoria is involved in pro bono/responsible business projects – in particular the bi-annual Debate It! project.
