Dennis Vila

­­He advises real estate developers, funds, lenders, and investors, in matters ranging from acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, joint ventures, branding, and management of various asset classes, including multifamily, condominiums, hospitality, and more. 

Dennis began his career at a prominent bridge lender, gaining valuable experience in real estate financing and transaction structuring. Later, he worked with one of South Florida’s largest condominium developers, where he honed in his expertise in large-scale acquisitions and development.

In addition to advising clients on complex real estate matters, Dennis is also deeply committed to the community. He currently serves on the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami, Young Professionals, Board of Directors. As a dedicated leader, he also previously served as President of two organizations at the University of Miami (Graduate Real Estate Club and Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Society), and subsequently received the Real Estate Leadership Award from the Miami Herbert Business School to recognize him for his contributions to both programs.
