Gibby regularly advises on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt and equity offerings, and general corporate governance.

Gibby focuses her practice on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. She also advises on SEC disclosure, compliance, and corporate governance matters. Gibby has represented companies spanning a number of industries, particularly in the life sciences sector.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, she earned simultaneous J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Villanova University, where she served as the vice president of the Corporate Law Society.

Represented Marinus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in a two step tender offer followed by a merger with Immedica Pharma AB for $151 million

Represented a life sciences and health care contract manufacturing company in its sale to a leading manufacturer of consumer goods

Represented Sesen Bio, a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, on its reverse merger with Carisma Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company focusing on cellular immunotherapy

Represented EyePoint Pharmaceuticals Inc. in its US$115m underwritten public offering of equity securities through a syndicate of underwriters led by Cowen and Gugenheim Securities
