David is an experienced commercial litigator who has appeared before federal and state trial and appellate courts across the country. David advises clients on a variety of complex business matters and partners with clients to resolve challenging legal issues across a diversity of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and energy.

David excels in advising clients in all stages of litigation on complex federal and state legal matters, including contract law,  constitutional law, and tort law. David makes it a priority to form strong relationships with clients and goes above and beyond to advocate for his clients’ interests.

Before joining the firm, David served as a judicial law clerk for Chief Judge Timothy M. Tymkovich of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Denver, Colorado. While obtaining his law degree from the University of Colorado Law School, David interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado and worked as an associate editor for the University of Colorado Law Review.

David currently serves as a Judge Advocate (JAG) Trial Counsel in the U.S. Army Reserve. Prior to David’s career in law, he served in the U.S. Army as an Engineer Officer. 

David is passionate about serving his community and is the Vice-Chair of the 4th Judicial District’s Access to Justice Committee, where he works alongside judges and attorneys to expand access to and enhance the quality of justice in civil legal matters. David has provided countless pro bono hours supporting veterans, domestic violence survivors, and juvenile clients.
