Mark Ye is an associate in the International Trade and Investment practice group. He advises on matters including trade litigation, customs, export control, sanctions, CFIUS and trade policy.

Mark first became interested in international trade as an undergraduate student. Prior to law school, he worked in a policy role in the Innovation and Intellectual Property Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and as a Beijing-based outside consultant to the European Commission’s DG Trade. In law school, he represented Michigan as a competitor in the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria and taught undergraduate history, culture, and political science courses.
