Franziska evaluates legal risks for companies introducing new products, with a specific focus on product compliance. She is particularly experienced in European and German market entry requirements and advises businesses on product safety law and product liability risk mitigation strategies. Franziska helps companies in product crises, particularly handling authority actions and defending allegations.
Franziska is a member of our Munich products law team for some years. She joined as a Legal Clerk in 2021 and as an Associate in 2022 before she successfully joined an LL.M. masters program in South Africa.
Demonstrating her dedication to social responsibility, Franziska also engages herself in pro bono activities, as well as in our community initiative called "Debate-it", collaborating with local schools to mentor and educate pupils in the art of public speaking and debating.
