Gianluca Ceci focuses his practice on all phases of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, with a focus on acquisitions, mergers, group reorganisations and corporate secretarial activities advising industrial corporations, financial institutions and private equity.
Since the beginning of his career, Gianluca has focused on extraordinary transactions, combining solid legal knowledge with economic and financial expertise that enables him to understand the entire context of the operations he is involved in.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2021, he conducted an internship at one of the Big Four accounting firms.
Gianluca graduated in Law from Bocconi University, with a major in corporate law.

Assistance to the minority shareholders of Gruppo Florence in the sale of their entire shareholding owned in the group to Permira, and on their partial reinvestment in the new acquisition vehicle
Assistance to BNP Paribas Cardiff in the sale of the entire share capital of Cargeas Assicurazioni to Intesa Sanpaolo Vita
Assistance to IBM in the global separation and reorganization of Kyndryl Holdings, its managed infrastructure services business prior to the spin-off into a separate publicly traded company
Assistance to the Azerion Group in the acquisition of AdPlay, a company specialising in digital transformation, media innovation, advertising, and technology
Assistance to WEG in the acquisition of the motion control business of Gefran an Italian manufacturer of sensors, components and industrial automation equipment
Assistance to MicroVention Europe, a company within the Terumo Group, in the purchase of the entire corporate capital of Implemed
