Christopher Thomas assists clients in antitrust investigations and merger control procedures in the European Union and around the world. He also handles investigations in neighbouring areas of EU law, and regularly appears as an advocate before the General Court and the Court of Justice of the EU.
Christopher's work has involved a wide variety of industries. He has particular experience of the antitrust and regulatory issues affecting sectors in which technology, data and intellectual property are critical. Besides antitrust proceedings, Christopher handles procedures under the DSA, the DMA, the CPC Regulation, the FSR and the ESMA Regulation.
