Jennifer is a key member of Hogan Lovells's Strategic Operations, Agreements and Regulation team, where she offers expert guidance to clients on a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on the consumer sector.
Jennifer has extensive experience in drafting, negotiating and providing strategic advice related to manufacturing, supply, distribution, logistics and warehousing arrangements. Additionally, she supports clients with sponsorships and advertising campaigns. Jennifer also assists our corporate team with transactions involving complex commercial contracting arrangements.
With three in-house secondments under her belt, Jennifer’s advice is always commercially focused, clear and pragmatic.

Advising an online travel agency on the sale of 12 of its 14 worldwide customer service centres and subsequent outsourcing solution
Advising Ford Credit Europe with respect to the outsourcing of its European vehicle financing services
Advising a global FMCG manufacturer on a multijurisdictional intragroup reorganisation
Advising the British Paralympic Association with regards to its sponsorship arrangements
