Assistance to Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) on the sale of 9.81% stake held in TIM to Poste Italiane and on the acquisition from Poste Italiane of 3.78% stake held in Nexi.

Assistance to Mediobanca and Intesa Sanpaolo, as joint global coordinators and bookrunners, on the Regulation S €713 million IPO of 20.8% of Technoprobe's ordinary shares on Euronext Growth Milan.*

Assistance to ERG on a $270 million agreement with Apex Clean Energy Holdings to form a strategic partnership to manage an operating US wind and solar project portfolio and its potential expansion.*

Assistance to Enel X on the envisaged carve out of Enel public e-mobility business into Blaze Holding, an Italian holding newly incorporated subsidiary of Enel and its subsidiaries.*

Assistance to GVS on the acquisition, via its subsidiary GVS Technology (Suzhou), of the entire share capital of Shanghai Transfusion Technology.*

Assistance to UniCredit, as seller, on a block trade of Webuild's ordinary shares, corresponding to approximately 4,99% of the share capital of Webuild. *

Assistance to Libero Acquisition on its €210 million leveraged recapitalization of Italiaonline, carried out via the launch of a voluntary tender offer on all the outstanding shares of Italiaonline. *

Assistance to Italiaonline and Seat Pagine Gialle on the €500 million reverse merger by incorporation of Italiaonline into Seat. *
