Patrick is part of our Restructuring & Special Situations team. He has substantial experience assisting insolvency practitioners, creditors and debtors through corporate and personal restructurings and insolvencies and acting on a broad range of commercial disputes.
Patrick has worked for clients from a wide variety of industries including financial services providers such as the major banks, non-bank lenders and brokers, insolvency practitioners, supermarket groups, property developers and agricultural investors. As a result, he can quickly develop an understanding of his clients’ specific needs and communicate clearly about complex legal issues in commercial terms.
He is well-regarded by his clients for being relatable, easy to deal with, clear and, most importantly, commercially-minded.
Patrick is also passionate about the pro bono space and in 2021 was recognised for his work coordinating the Trans and Gender Diverse Legal Service, Australia’s first pro bono legal service for the trans and gender diverse community, by being nominated as a finalist in the Pro Bono category for the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards.
