Pierre, an associate in our International Trade & Investment team based in London, is recommended by Legal500 UK on trade, WTO anti-dumping and customs. In his current role, he helps clients navigate the increasingly complex intersection of trade, supply chains and geopolitics. This includes international sanctions, tariff and customs issues, export controls, defence laws, national security measures, as well as FDI screening.

Pierre is experienced in assisting clients with carrying out internal investigations and with handling audits and dawn raids by regulators and governments. In this regard, he regularly represents clients before EU-UK sanctions and export controls authorities, and acts for clients before French and EU jurisdictions in regulatory cases.

Pierre provides practical, commercial and strategic advice, working with clients to both protect their position and acheive their commercial goals.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Pierre worked as a public affairs advisor in Brussels (Belgium), as an associate at a US law firm in Paris (France), and was seconded to the EMEA HQ of a US technology company in London.
