Andrew's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and strategic corporate transactions, with a particular emphasis on clients in the sports, sports-adjacent and entertainment industries. He has experience representing a broad range of clients, including both private and public companies, in executing mergers, joint ventures, strategic acquisitions/divestitures, and minority investments, among other types of matters. He is actively involved in the sports legal community, including currently serving as the Secretary of the Corporate/Transactional Subcommittee of the NYC Bar’s Sports Law Committee and further as a member of the Sports Lawyers Association.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Andrew was a corporate associate at an international law firm based in New York, where he was a member of that firm’s M&A and Sports/Real Estate practice groups. He earned his J.D. in 2020 from The University of Texas School of Law, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Texas Law Review, worked for the Texas Law Admissions Program, and founded the school’s club soccer team, the Legal Seagulls. Before Texas Law, he spent four years with Citibank’s Treasury & Trade Solutions division in New York and earned his B.A. in 2013 from Boston College.

A strategic investor in Westrock Coffee Company (NASDAQ: WEST) on WEST’s de-SPAC business combination transaction, securities filings and certain other governance matters.*

A global real estate development firm on its acquisition of a U.S.-based cold chain solutions provider, acquired as part of a build-out of a comprehensive cold storage warehouse platform.*

Major League Baseball on its $900 million sale of its 15% interest in BAMTech to Disney.*

TS Innovation Acquisitions Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company formed by Tishman Speyer Properties, on its de-SPAC merger transaction with Latch Inc.*
