Hogan Lovells strengthens its Corporate & Finance practice in Paris with key hire Romain Marchand

Paris, 16 January 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has appointed Romain Marchand as a partner to the firm’s Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Projects practice area in Paris. He joins from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

He has a strong track record of advising sponsors, investors, lenders, multilateral institutions and contractors on all aspects of their investments, projects and related financings.
