Conrad Noronha helps clients resolve high-stakes and complex contract disputes. Conrad is a versatile commercial litigator with experience in courts and arbitral tribunals across the United States and India.

Conrad represents clients in various industries with a particular focus on construction, energy, and bio-technology sectors. Conrad also advises clients involved in transactions on litigation risks and complicated questions of contract law. 

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells Conrad worked on securities, M&A, intellectual property, and cross-border commercial disputes at an international law firm in New York. Conrad has also practiced as an advocate in the Bombay High Court and subordinate courts in Mumbai. While in law school, Conrad clerked with the Federal Defender’s Office in Sacramento, where he assisted in representing indigent clients charged with felony crimes.
