Sebastian Biller advises investors, (listed) companies and investment banks on private and public M&A transactions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, group restructurings and equity capital market transactions (capital increases, blocktrades, share buybacks etc.).

In addition, Sebastian Biller advises his clients on all stock corporation, stock exchange and capital market law issues, as well as on all management board, executive board, supervisory board and board of directors matters (corporate governance), the preparation and conduct of shareholders' meetings of (listed) companies and corporate litigation situations.

Sebastian Biller has published various articles on topics relating to stock corporation, capital markets and takeover law and has written and co-written various legal handbooks and commentaries in relation to shareholder meetings, (cross border) transformations, public takeovers and supply chain related issues.

Before joining Hogan Lovells in June 2022 he practiced at an international law firm in Frankfurt.
