Jennifer Windom is a skilled litigator with extensive experience in complex civil litigation, securities disputes, government investigations, and enforcement actions. Her clients range from publicly traded companies and major financial institutions to hedge funds, accounting firms, and individuals.

With a focus on highly regulated industries such as health care, government contracting, public accounting, and banking, Jen excels at managing matters with parallel civil, criminal, and regulatory risks.

She has successfully litigated high-profile cases in federal and state courts nationwide and represents clients in investigations and enforcement actions before the DOJ, SEC, PCAOB, and other regulatory bodies. Notably, she has advised publicly traded health care companies in DOJ and HHS investigations and defended major accounting firms in SEC and PCAOB matters.

Additionally, Jen is adept at coordinating with foreign counsel in international litigation and securing U.S. discovery for foreign proceedings.

Jen previously worked at a market-leading global law firm. Before law school, she worked for a major consulting firm, designing and developing information systems for the country’s largest telecommunications companies.
