Wouter advises on the financings for international private equity sponsors (such as Ambienta, Ardian, Aquiline, Bridgepoint, Equistone, Hg, IK, Three Hills, Triton and Vitruvian) and for all major Dutch PE funds (such as Egeria, NPM, Mentha, Parcom, Waterland, Rivean, Nordian).

Having advised on the very first and the largest direct lending transaction in the Benelux (as well as numerous deals in between), Wouter is at the forefront of the private capital market acting for the likes of Ares, Blackrock, ICG, Pemberton, Tikehau, Permira and others.

Advised Egeria on the financings supporting investments in the Fletcher hotels, Superb, Sonic, Arcus IT, Financiallease, Van Losser, Elastofirm, Tuindeco, Trust and The Employment Group

Advised on the financings supporting Rivean's investments in Wilvo, 2Connect and CED. 

Advised on the financings supporting Hg's investment in Blinqx (and other bid financings for Hg). 

Advised on the financings supporting Parcom's investments in Elektramat, 247TailorSteel, Quaratio, Dijkstra Draisman, Zorg van de Zaak and Yource.

We advise Ares, the world’s largest private credit manager, on virtually all of their financings in the Benelux. 

 

Advised on the financings supporting Bridgepoint's investment in DataExpert (and other bid financings for Bridgepoint). 

Advised ICG in relation to the financings of Bergman Clinics (including various add-on financings), as well as its acquisition by Triton.

Advised Mentha Capital on the financings for Multibes, Van Vulpen and Insites Consulting.

We advised BlackRock and its related funds on the refinancing of credit facilities for Corus Dental and the Corus Dental group, including the financing of certain envisaged acquisitions.

Advised on the restructurings of NMC Health, Royal Imtech, Vestia, Vion, Struik Foods and various others.

Advised a syndicate of banks on the financing for Hoogwegt, the world's largest independent supplier of dairy products and ingredients.

Advised HSBC on the financing of two of Amsterdam's most exclusive hotels as well as Agro Merchants' real estate (sponsor: Oaktree).

Advised OLD and ASR on the €500 million joint acquisition of the leveraged loan portfolio of NIBC Bank.

Advised on the financings supporting Nordian's investmentes in MyLaps and Wetac

We advised Crescent on the financing supporting Equistone’s largest investment to date in the Netherlands, the acquisition of a majority stake in Buko.
