Isabelle Golland is a passionate litigator and advises national and international clients in pre-litigation scenarios as well as in disputes before first and second instance courts. She focuses on commercial and corporate litigation and has extensive experience in handling mass litigation. Being the client's trusted advisor, developing creative and compelling legal arguments whilst digging into complex legal questions and the particularities of each industry and creating winning strategies with a motivated team is what drives her. Her clients value her comprehensive overview of their industry, along with her dedication to excellence.
Isabelle has coordinated litigation cases involving a four-digit number of claimants across all instances. She is committed to the further development and use of legal-tech capabilities and navigates complex internal and external factors with our team to actively support the client in strategic as well as procedural matters. In addition, she specializes in corporate litigation, advising the client in particular on corporate, post M&A and Joint-Venture disputes, focusing not only on the legal issues, but also on the client and the client's business.
