Rebecca is a senior associate in our London corporate disputes team.  She has extensive experience of acting for clients on complex, high-value and multi-jurisdictional litigation.

Rebecca's focus lies in civil fraud proceedings, contractual disputes and insolvency-related litigation.  Such disputes often involve seeking interim relief.  Rebecca has considerable experience of obtaining injunctive relief for her clients, including worldwide freezing orders.

Rebecca acts for a wide range of clients, including top FTSE 100 companies and liquidators.

Rebecca has experience of driving cases through to trial, but also of effectively invoking the Court’s powers of early determination and using alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, to obtain swift and commercial resolutions for her clients.
