She is familiar with the legal needs of our information and technology clients, having advised extensively on a wide-range of matters in this sector including complicated market entry and regulatory issues, and industry-specific licenses. She is also an expert in data privacy and cybersecurity, third party payment license, and ecommerce. She helps clients implement data privacy and cybersecurity compliance programs under CSL, DSL and PIPL.
She serves as a core team member of the firm’s technology and telecommunication industry sector group and leads the firm in relation to its role in the Information Security Management Working Group of the National Information Security Standardization Technical Committee ("TC260 Committee") in China since 2020.
